Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These terms cover your use of the trypsy.ai website and, once launched, the Trypsy mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated by Trypsy LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Trypsy,” “we,” “us”).
2. Safe driving comes first
Trypsy is designed to be used hands-free. You agree to comply with all traffic laws, to keep your attention on the road, and to interact with visual elements of the app only when your vehicle is safely parked or as a passenger. Trypsy is an informational companion — it is not a substitute for your own judgment, for turn-by-turn navigation warnings, or for safe driving.
3. Recommendations and partner content
Trypsy recommends businesses based on ratings, relevance, and — for participating merchants — paid partnership. Paid placements are identified as partner recommendations. Ratings and hours come from third-party sources and may occasionally be out of date; we confirm what we can but can't guarantee any business, product, or discount.
4. Waitlists and trials
Joining a waitlist does not create a paid obligation. Founding Member and Founding Merchant trial offers are limited, may change before launch, and convert to paid subscriptions only with your explicit signup at that time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with operation, submitting false business information, or manipulating reviews, referral bounties, or promotional codes.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trypsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on any recommendation or the conduct of any recommended business.
